Nike Football Presents: “My Time is Now”

Nike, a world leader in sports, equips some of the world’s greatest talents has an uncanny ability to spot the “next big thing.” For that, today the company has launched today their video for their “My Time Is Now” campaign.

The new campaign highlight’s the next generation of soccer stars and was made to support the philosophy of The Chance.

In the video, you’ll find young talents like Brazil’s Neymar, Germany’s Mesut Ozil and Mario Gotze, France’s Yann M’Vila and Mexico’s Javier “Chicharito” Hernández snipping at the heel’s at world soccer’s current stars like Portugal’s Cristiano Ronaldo, the Netherlands’ Wesley Sneijder and France’s Franck Ribery.

Following the “My Time Is Now” premise, hundreds of young players sporting The Chance Nike kits charge the field to fight against some of the players mentioned above for their own spot among the current stars of the sport.

In the stands, you can see Josep “Pep” Guardiola taking notes in his own search for the next great talent to hit the scene. “Pep” will be one of the main judges at the World Final of The Chance when it’s held in Barcelona this coming August.
Keep your eyes open throughout the video to spot other stars in the video like Spain’s Andrés Iniesta & Gerard Piqué, the Netherlands’ Gregory Van der Wiel & Rafael Van der Vaart, Brazil’s Alexandre Pato, England’s Jack Wilshere & Danny Welbeck, Argentina’s Javier Pastore, and a surprise appearance by the NBA’s current MVP, Miami Heat’s, LeBron James.

The World Final of The Chance will bring together 100 young soccer talents from 50 countries who are vying to catch the eye of Coach Pep Guardiola in hopes to get recruited for the Nike Academy.
